LAURIE SHAW SELECTED AS EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR
AT NORTH COUNTRY ORTHOPAEDIC GROUP

Watertown, New York --- The physicians and staff of North Country Orthopaedic Group are pleased to announce the selection of Laurie Shaw, medical assistant, as Employee of the Year 2005.

Staff physicians Michael C. Wainberg, M.D. and Kevin L. Scott, M.D. presented
Ms. Shaw with the award. This is the sixth year NCOG has presented an employee with the award.

“Laurie has worked for our group for 18 years – her dedication, leadership and amiable personality have contributed to the maturity of our nursing department,” comments Linda Hayes, Clinical Operations Manager. “She understands our group’s needs and works day-in and day-out to make sure both our patients and her fellow co-workers are well taken care of.”

“I am very honored to receive this award,” states Ms. Shaw. “I have been fortunate to witness the evolution of our group and am proud to continue to represent a group that cares so much for its patients and employees.”
