ORTHOPAEDIC & SPINE SURGEON JOINS Watertown, New York --- Physicians at North Country
Orthopaedic Group are pleased to announce the addition of Bruce L. Baird,
M.D. to its physician staff. An
orthopaedic surgeon specializing in disorders of the neck and back, Dr.
Baird joined the practice March 1, 2004. Dr. Baird is a 1998 graduate of the New Jersey Medical
School, Newark, New Jersey. He completed his orthopaedic training and his
spine fellowship at Upstate Medical University, Syracuse, New York. “Dr. Baird brings specialty training in both
orthopaedics and spine surgery to our group,” states Edward N. Powell,
M.D., president of North Country Orthopaedic Group. “While Bruce will be
practicing general orthopaedics, he will devote most of his practice to
the treatment of patients with neck and back problems. I expect he will
make an excellent addition to the North Country’s medical community.” “I look forward to working with the orthopaedic staff

treatment of back injuries and disorders,” states Dr. Baird. “My wife

wife, Theresa C. Stolz, M.D., specializes in internal medicine and is
